Ordering & Shipping Information
Orders
On completion of your order, your recipient will receive a certificate (either paperbased or electronically as you choose) that will include a redemption code for your recipient to claim their gift.
There is no expiry on the certificate, however it is not redeemable for cash. If, for some reason the product being gifted is no longer available, your recipient will be able to use the value of the certificate against any other products available on our website.
Similarly, if your recipient wants to upgrade (say to include a set of tools), the full value of the certificate will be credited against their order.
Each kit is handmade to order and will take up to 10 days to make up & pack. Please also allow an appropriate time for the parcel to arrive from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
How to order
You will find a "order & personalise a gift certificate" button next to each option in our gift certificate pages. Simply click on the button to be taken to a page which will enable you to personalise the gift certificate & make instructions for delivery.
You'll then be taken to your shopping cart, where you'll be given the option to checkout (and make payment) or to continue shopping. Simple & secure!
You can check your order at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of each page, and change your order at the shopping cart.
Payment options at checkout
1. Visa/Mastercard - Secure online ordering using SSL technology. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process
2. Paypal - Basically the same secure ordering system, but your order is processed instantly. You don't have to be a Paypal member to utilise this service.
3. Bank Deposit - Once you've completed your order, you'll be taken to a page that will provide our bank account details. Please use your surname as the Bank reference & your order will be processed on receipt of funds (mostly within 24 hours).
4. Cheque/Money order - Once you've completed your order, you'll be taken to a page that will provide our postal address. Simply forward your cheque or money order & your order will be processed on receipt. Please allow time for bank clearance in the case of a personal cheque.
Shipping
All shipping costs include insurance, packing and handling.
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and shipping times will vary depending on where you are in relation to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
International orders are forwarded by Express Post International and will usually arrive within 5 working days.
Kits weigh between 6kg & 8kg depending on whether toolkits are included. Essentially toolkits are posted free of charge when included with a kit. Of course memberships are postage free.

Please contact us if you'd like an individual price for more than 3 kits - you'll usually save on both shipping & the cost of the kits.
We regret that international postage costs are so high due to the weight of the kits - joining our Online Learning Centre might be a better option if you live outside Australia.
