Artist comment: My first “real” nude, ambience is based on a photo taken by myself. It took 3 photo shoots to get the lighting right, which involved a red globe placed well above the subject. The successful shoot was around the full moon, which cast a blue purple light into the room, creating the most interesting ambience (thus the title of the piece).
