Mosaic work –“Middle Falls” (Kondalilla) 

Goannas are really easy to photograph around our way thanks to the tourists feeding them at local parks, so I had a choice of over 100 photos from which to choose. Notice that I’m not really trying to exactly replicate the photo – I just take the main features & use an authentic shape. I think I mostly got the ideas on how to lay the tesserea from seeing the goanna in the flesh on many occasions.
