I love to mosaic birds and wildlife so you can imagine my delight at being commissioned to create a mosaic entry statement incorporating some local wildlife. 

Customer was able to have plenty of input to the animals created and even the trees and flowers. Galahs were an excellent subject – very clear colour delineation and it was easy to get photos of them in different poses.

A lot of heavy detail, but also some long sessions cutting leaves and flowers made this project a pleasure – yes I enjoy the mindless stuff too!

A mosaic entry statement for this situation was ideal – the mosaic can handle all types of weather and will never lose it’s colour.
