I would like to ask you though, I have a glazed ceramic pot, and want to glass tesserae’s it. Is this possible?

A high polymer cement glue system will do that job no problems. A two part system is what you’re after. Use an additive in your grout too.

The other option (and the one I’d take) would be to grind all the glaze off roughly with an angle grinder – wouldn’t take long you’d then be working with a porous surface (desirable).
